DR. DAVID R. FEENEY focuses on behavior factors unleashing productivity in education innovation. David holds an Ed.D. and M.A. in Educational Psychology from West Virginia University College of Human Resources & Education, and a bachelor of science degree in Philosophy & Psychology from Ball State University Honors College. I have more than 12 years experience as professor, administrator, and consultant to the Dean of top-ranking Fox School of Business at Temple University, as well as leading schools of medicine, dentistry, podiatry, liberal arts, & engineering. During that time, I was University point person for online MBA degree programs, hybrid course and curriculum development, Executive MBA technology programs, and management of enterprise-wide education innovations like Blackboard, Adobe Contribute website systems, and multimedia lecture capture. I offer more than 20 years experience as instructional designer, college professor, administrator, and learning technologist with measurable impact regionally and internationally. This includes professional publications and presentations to C-level executives, and crafting corporate partnerships to fund world-class smartbuildings, as well as social media systems for organizational development, learning assurance, and education productivity. I offer effective management of multiple staff, budgets, departments, volunteers, and decisionmakers for smartbuilding design, enterprise lecture capture systems, multimedia social networking systems, and other innovative student-centric programs in academia.  My additional strengths include excellent classroom teaching evaluations, awards from Fox School of Business Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning, and extensive action research experience in organizational behavior change.

U.S. News & World Report ranked Fox Risk Management Program and International Business Program in the top 10. Entrepreneur magazine and The Princeton Review ranked Fox Entrepreneurship Program in the top 10. Financial Times ranked Fox Executive MBA in the top 20.
